5) Include lot of fresh fruits in your daily diet like apple, orange, bananas, pineapple, and others. These fruits contains natural sugar i.e. glucose which is highly recommended for fat people as they also have more prone to diabetes disease. These are also the rich sources of water and many types of vitamins.
